1 Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

• "Platform" means the 88fb1 website accessible at https://88fb1.cc, including all sub-pages, mobile-optimised versions, and any associated applications.
• "88fb1", "we", "us", or "our" means the operator of the 88fb1 platform.
• "Player", "you", or "your" means any individual who accesses, registers on, or uses the Platform.
• "Account" means the individual registered player account created on the Platform.
• "Balance" means the total funds held in a Player's Account at any given time, including real-money funds and bonus funds where separately tracked.

2 Acceptance of Terms

3 Eligibility

3.1 To register and maintain an Account on the Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

• You are at least 21 years of age.
• You are a natural person and not a corporation, partnership, trust, or other legal entity.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not on behalf of any other individual or entity.
• You have not previously been excluded or suspended from the Platform or any other gambling platform operated by 88fb1.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, director, officer, agent, or immediate family member of an employee of 88fb1 or any of its affiliated entities or Game Providers.

3.2 88fb1 reserves the right to request documentary evidence of eligibility from any Player at any time without prior notice. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe specified by 88fb1 may result in the suspension or permanent closure of the Account.

4 Account Registration

4.1 Each Player may hold only one Account on the Platform. The registration of duplicate Accounts, whether under the same or different names, email addresses, phone numbers, or payment methods, is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

4.2 You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information at the time of registration and to update such information promptly if it changes. Providing false or misleading information is a breach of these Terms and may result in immediate Account closure and forfeiture of any Balance.

4.3 You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. 88fb1 will not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorised access to your Account arising from your failure to protect your credentials.

4.4 You must notify 88fb1 support immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your Account. 88fb1 may temporarily suspend your Account pending investigation of any reported security incident.

4.5 Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification

88fb1 implements KYC procedures to verify the identity of Players. You may be required to submit one or more of the following documents:

• A government-issued photo identification document (National Identity Card, passport, or driving licence).
• Proof of residential address issued within the preceding three months (utility bill, bank statement, or official government correspondence).
• Proof of ownership of the payment method used for deposits (screenshot of mobile banking app showing account holder name, or bank statement).

5 Deposits & Withdrawals

5.1 All financial transactions on the Platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Maximum deposit and withdrawal limits may vary by payment method and Account tier and will be communicated within the cashier section of the Platform.

5.2 88fb1 supports the following payment methods for deposits and withdrawals: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, Mastercard, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank. Availability of specific methods may vary and is subject to change without prior notice.

5.3 All deposits and withdrawals must be made using a payment method registered in the Account holder's own name. Third-party payments are strictly prohibited. 88fb1 reserves the right to return funds to the original source if a third-party payment is identified and to close the associated Account.

5.4 Deposits made via bKash, Nagad, and Rocket are typically credited to the Player's Account within 30 seconds of confirmation by the payment provider. Bank transfer deposits may take up to 4 working hours. 88fb1 is not responsible for delays caused by the payment provider or the Player's bank.

5.5 Withdrawal requests are processed by the 88fb1 finance team. Withdrawals to bKash and Nagad wallets are typically completed within 15 minutes of approval. Bank transfer withdrawals may take up to 4 working hours. 88fb1 reserves the right to carry out additional security checks before processing withdrawal requests, which may extend processing times. Withdrawal requests submitted during peak cricket match periods may experience brief delays.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

6.1 88fb1 offers various bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing Players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to these general Terms and to any additional terms specific to each promotion, which will be published alongside the relevant offer.

6.2 Unless stated otherwise in the specific promotional terms, the following general conditions apply to all bonuses:

• Bonus Funds are subject to a minimum wagering requirement before they or any associated winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement will be stated in the promotional terms.
• Maximum bets placed using Bonus Funds are subject to limits set out in the specific promotional terms. Placing bets in excess of the maximum bonus bet limit may result in the forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings.
• Not all games contribute equally towards wagering requirements. Live casino games, table games, and certain high-RTP slots may contribute at a reduced rate or may not contribute at all. Contribution percentages will be stated in the promotional terms.
• Bonuses must be claimed within the timeframe stated in the promotional terms. Unclaimed bonuses will expire automatically.
• Only one welcome bonus may be claimed per Player, household, IP address, device, or payment method.

6.3 88fb1 reserves the right to withdraw, cancel, or modify any bonus or promotion at any time. In the event of suspected abuse, fraud, or multi-accounting in connection with any promotion, 88fb1 reserves the right to forfeit all associated Bonus Funds and winnings and to close the relevant Account(s).

7 Betting & Gaming Rules

7.1 All bets and wagers placed on the Platform are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant product (sports betting, live casino, slots, fishing games, etc.). These rules are accessible within each product section of the Platform and form part of these Terms by reference.

7.2 Once a bet has been confirmed and accepted by the Platform, it is final and cannot be cancelled or amended by the Player. 88fb1 reserves the right to void any bet placed as a result of a manifest error, including but not limited to incorrect odds, prices, or game outcomes caused by a technical or human error.

7.3 In the event of a dispute regarding the outcome of any game or bet, the records maintained by 88fb1's systems shall be the primary evidence. Where a Game Provider's certified RNG (Random Number Generator) outcome is in conflict with a Player's claim, the certified RNG result shall be definitive.

7.4 88fb1 reserves the right to impose betting limits, including minimum and maximum stake amounts, on any market or game at any time and for any Player, without prior notice or stated reason.

8 Prohibited Conduct

8.1 The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate Account suspension, investigation, and potential permanent closure with forfeiture of Balance:

• Using automated betting software, bots, scripts, crawlers, or any other automated means to interact with the Platform.
• Engaging in arbitrage betting, bonus abuse, matched betting using Platform bonuses, or any strategy designed to guarantee a risk-free profit at the expense of 88fb1.
• Colluding with other Players to manipulate the outcome of any game or bet.
• Chip-dumping or any other form of deliberate loss of funds to another account.
• Using the Platform to launder money or to conduct any other financial crime.
• Attempting to exploit software bugs, glitches, or vulnerabilities in the Platform or any Game Provider's software.
• Creating or operating multiple Accounts.
• Providing false identification documents or misrepresenting your identity in any way.
• Accessing the Platform using a VPN, proxy, or other IP-masking service for the purpose of circumventing geographic or account-level restrictions.

9 Responsible Gaming

9.1 88fb1 is committed to promoting responsible gaming and takes its duty of care towards Players seriously. The Platform provides a suite of responsible gaming tools accessible from within the Player Account, including deposit limits, loss limits, session time limits, and self-exclusion options.

9.2 Players who wish to take a break from gaming may request a temporary time-out of 24 hours, 7 days, 30 days, or 90 days. 10 Intellectual Property

11 Privacy & Data

11.1 88fb1 collects, processes, stores, and uses personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is available at /privacy-policy and is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering an Account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

11.2 88fb1 uses industry-standard TLS 1.3 encryption with 256-bit AES to protect all data transmitted between your device and the Platform. Player funds are held in accounts segregated from 88fb1's operational funds to protect them in the event of a financial difficulty affecting the operator.

12 Limitation of Liability

12.1 The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 88fb1 excludes all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

12.4 Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes 88fb1's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by law.

13 Termination

13.1 88fb1 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account at any time, with or without prior notice, if it reasonably believes that you have breached any provision of these Terms, engaged in fraudulent or illegal activity, or if required to do so by applicable law or a competent authority.

13.2 Upon termination of your Account for cause, any Balance consisting of Bonus Funds or winnings derived from bonus play that has not met its Wagering Requirement will be forfeited. Real-money funds not subject to pending bonus wagering requirements will be returned to you via your registered payment method within 14 working days, subject to the completion of any outstanding verification or investigation procedures.

13.3 You may request the voluntary closure of your Account at any time by contacting 88fb1 support via the email address provided on this Platform. Upon closure, any remaining eligible Balance will be processed for withdrawal in accordance with these Terms.

14 Amendments

14.1 88fb1 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. 15.2 Nothing in this clause shall limit 88fb1's right to seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to prevent the actual or threatened infringement, misappropriation, or violation of its intellectual property rights or confidential information.
